Role Description This full-time Wealth Management Advisor role is based in Singapore and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, develop tailored wealth and retirement plans, and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial reviews, monitoring client portfolios, and providing ongoing advice to help clients navigate changing needs and market conditions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, staying informed about regulatory developments and product offerings, and preparing clear, compliant proposals and reports. The Advisor is expected to build long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups, service excellence, and a strong focus on ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term strategies for diverse client profiles.
• Proficiency in Investments and Finance to analyze products, assess risk and return, and explain solutions in a clear, accessible manner.
• Experience delivering holistic Wealth Management Services, including portfolio review, protection planning, and asset accumulation strategies.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, CHFC) are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture.
• High level of integrity, commitment to regulatory compliance, and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms for remote client engagement, reporting, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
