- BNP Paribas Wealth Management Business Management team is looking to expand in Portugal. This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing Portugal International Markets Hub (PIMH) family as Business and Client Services Senior Officer for Business Management Department
Your Main Activities Are
- We are looking for a passionate and versatile professional to join our team and provide functional and operational support to our Front-Office users.
- You will play a key role in managing IT tools, training users, and facilitating collaboration between various departments (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.).
- In this role, you will be responsible for incident management and resolution, working closely with our IT Team. You will also play a crucial role in continuous process improvements and the implementation of new tools and features.
- Additionally, you will contribute to digital transformation projects, Tests before implementation, end-user training, while ensuring smooth client data management
Profile And Skills To Success
- First level of support for Front-Office: Serve as the primary point of contact for users, providing quick and effective solutions to their needs
- IT Tools Consultation & Support: Advise teams on best practices and help optimize the use of systems and processes
- Incident Management and Request Follow-up: Analyse, prioritise, and track software issues, reporting anomalies as necessary
- Client Data Management: Oversee cost price updates, conduct historical research, and generate customized reports, particularly on fiscal topics
- Project Follow-up: Represent the Front-office in various projects, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the deployment of new software versions
- Training and Documentation: Prepare, organise, and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth onboarding of new tools and processes, while maintaining up-to-date documentation and legal contracts for clients
- Client Communication Coordination: Manage the production and delivery of client mailings, and ensure templates are aligned with the bank’s requirements
