Web Content Specialist (Contractual)

Role description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Editor based in the Global Excellence Center in Manila for a 4-month contract to assist with our country websites’ migration from Sitecore to Optimizely. The candidate will play a crucial role in accurately migrating approved country content, ensuring brand consistency, structure, and quality across pages. Deliver a pre-determined program of work to ensure smooth transition of content from Sitecore to Optimizely. Role accountabilities: Manually upload and format country site contents (projects, news, blogs, and campaigns) from Sitecore into Optimizely. Ensure translated content retains correct formatting, layout, metadata, internal links, and media assets during migration. Build and format pages in Optimizely using predefined templates, blocks, and branded design guidelines to maintain consistency. Work closely with regional content teams, global content and SEO teams and project managers to clarify and resolve discrepancies as they arise. Conduct thorough pre-publish quality checks to verify content accuracy, SEO completeness, page tagging, broken links, and responsive design rendering across desktop and mobile devices. Qualifications & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, media, digital or related discipline preferred. 1-2 years relevant work experience or equivalent Proficiency in Optimizely CMS Strong attention to detail Willing to adjust shift as and when required to accomplish tasks at hand Why Arcadis?
