Web Designer — Contract (Part-Time)

Location: Argentina (Remote)

We're a small, fast-moving digital agency specializing in websites and digital marketing for dumpster rental companies across the US. We currently manage 35+ Google Ads and SEO clients, and we're growing.

We're looking for a Creative Web Designer to join our small team, working directly with the founder and our SEO specialist. You'll take creative briefs and turn them into clean, conversion-focused, SEO-optimized websites — following page structure and copy direction while bringing your own design sensibility to layout, visuals, and user experience.

What you'll do:

• Design and build websites based on creative briefs and provided copy
• Follow SEO-friendly page structures and content guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the founder and SEO specialist on new client sites
• Bring creative ideas to elevate templates/briefs, not just execute them
• Work on an ad-hoc, project basis to start, with room to grow into full-time

What we're looking for:

• Strong portfolio showing clean, modern web design (agency or small business sites a plus)
• Comfortable working from a brief and following direction, while adding creative value
• Understanding of (or willingness to learn) basic on-page SEO principles
• Reliable communicator, deadline-driven, easy to collaborate with remotely
• Based in Argentina

Details:

• Contract role, part-time to start, ad-hoc project basis
• Potential to grow into a full-time position
• Projects available immediately
• Rate: $12/hr USD to start, with room to grow as the role expands
