About the Client Our client is a growing digital marketing and web development agency that specializes in building, maintaining, and optimizing websites for a diverse portfolio of clients. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our client's team and lead website improvement initiatives from concept through implementation. This is a hands-on role focused on improving existing websites, redesigning pages, enhancing user experience, and executing website updates across multiple platforms including WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a practical understanding of website development, responsive design, and modern AI-assisted workflows. A strong portfolio demonstrating complete website projects, design processes, technologies used, and measurable results is required. Key Responsibilities Website Design & Optimization Design and execute website improvements from concept through launch Conduct UI/UX reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience Create wireframes, layouts, and visual designs using Figma Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Improve website usability, navigation, and conversion-focused elements Website Development & Implementation Build and update websites using Elementor, Divi, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow Implement design updates while maintaining brand consistency Collaborate with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation Perform quality assurance testing before deployment Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor website functionality and user experience Recommend and implement improvements based on performance data and user behavior Utilize AI-assisted tools and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity Stay current with web design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies 9+ years of experience in web design and website optimization Strong portfolio showcasing complete website projects from planning through launch Advanced experience with: Figma Elementor WordPress Divi Squarespace Wix Strong understanding of: UI/UX principles Responsive design Conversion-focused design Website accessibility best practices Experience working within an agency environment Experience utilizing AI tools in professional workflows within the last 2 years Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with Webflow Experience with SiteGround and WP Engine hosting environments Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Previous experience working directly with clients Familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance metrics Competitive salary: $3,000 USD per month (depending on experience) Fully remote work environment Long-term growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to a variety of client industries and projects This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
