Energie Effizienz Profi supports people in Germany in accessing funding for energy-efficient renovations. Our goal is to minimize the effort required to apply for funding. In the future, we want to develop into a fully digital engineering platform that offers intelligent solutions for sustainable construction and renovation. To achieve this, we need your support.

• Build and improve our WordPress platforms together with our lead developer.
• Develop custom WordPress plugins in PHP that follow best practices.
• Fix bugs, roll out new features, and support our service and ops teams.
• Maintain and evolve our internal systems.
• Work with APIs (like HubSpot or other partners).
• Collaborate with the team and our CEO to shape new products and ideas.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve worked with WordPress before – not just installing themes, but actually building things.
• You know your way around HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, SQL – and can code clean, well-structured solutions.
• You’re up to date with tech trends and like thinking in systems and models.
• You’re reliable, detail-focused, and take ownership of your work.
• You work independently, but enjoy being part of a team.
• You’re quick to learn, open to feedback, and not afraid of new tools.
• Most importantly: you want your work to have meaning and make a difference.
