ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Web Developer to join our team supporting the Los Alamos National Laboratory ! This position is full-time and will be based out of Los Alamos, New Mexico with hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities Support developing a new LDRD platform with front end design needs. Design, format materials, coordinate and troubleshoot integration and interface issues, and ensure compliance with Laboratory Web site specifications, standards, and security policies. Use and develop Laboratory templates and standards. Requirements Education & Years of Experience – Bachelor’s Degree in liberal arts and 2+ years of relevant experience. Citizenship – To be considered, you must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work. Clearance – To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed. Highly motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure. Strong background developing front ends using the Angular framework is required. Desired Skills Familiar with user experience methodologies. About the Site The NNSA's Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), located in Los Alamos, New Mexico, is a design laboratory responsible for the safety and reliability of the nuclear explosives package in nuclear weapons.
