Your role in our mission Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. Strengthen our capabilities as you design, develop, install, test and document applications software — including server, client and web components Play a vital role in designing, documenting and delivering technical architecture solution elements Support coordination between application architects and developers to make sure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed application solution designs for clients Focus on the details as you develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment Advance key goals and objectives for Gainwell and our clients by working closely with software developers What we're looking for 3+ years of Software Design, Development, Production Support, and On-Call experience, Leveraging .NET C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, Razor Pages, Web API .NET, REST, SOAP APIs, and SQL Server to deliver scalable enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of Software Development Methodologies, including the Waterfall SDLC , with experience Designing, Developing, Testing, Deploying, and Supporting Applications throughout the full development life cycle. Skilled Programmer and Solution Designer with the ability to work across multiple technologies and environments, utilizing Azure DevOps , Cloud Platforms such as AWS , and Modern Application architecture best practices. Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, experienced partnering with clients, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive objectives, resolve issues, and deliver successful outcomes. Collaborative team player who works effectively across cross functional teams, contributes to shared goals, and supports organizational success through technical expertise, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement.
