Web Developer & Designer

We're looking for a Web Developer and Designer who builds code-based websites using AI coding tools as a core part of their workflow. Claude Code is the primary tool in this role. You will design, build, and ship full websites from concept through launch, combining strong visual design sensibility with the ability to write and ship real code accelerated by AI. This is not a no-code or template-drag role. You build with code, you design with taste, and you use Claude Code to move faster and build better. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive Creative freedom to design, build, and ship complete web experiences Work inside an AI-powered marketing platform where your tools and your output are both cutting edge What You'll Work On Design and Concept Development Plan and conceptualize layouts, wireframes, and visual directions aligned with brand strategy and conversion goals Create mockups and component systems in Figma that translate directly into buildable code Maintain a cohesive design language that balances creativity with clarity and performance Code-Based Website Development Build responsive, high-performing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with Claude Code as your primary development accelerator Use AI coding tools to write, refactor, debug, and ship code faster without sacrificing quality or design integrity Translate Figma designs into production-ready websites that perform well across devices and browsers Collaborate with content and marketing teams to refine UX, user flows, and conversion performance Optimization and Delivery Implement SEO and performance best practices across every project Manage project timelines end to end from creative exploration through launch Test and troubleshoot across devices and browsers to ensure a flawless user experience Continuously find ways to use AI tools to improve speed, output quality, and workflow efficiency What You Bring 3 to 5+ years of experience designing and building full websites with a code-first approach Active daily use of Claude Code or comparable AI coding tools as a primary part of your development workflow Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to build production-ready sites from scratch Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, component design, and responsive prototyping Strong eye for typography, composition, and conversion-focused design Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines without close supervision Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Nice to Have Experience with Webflow or Shopify for projects that call for those platforms Familiarity with e-commerce UX and checkout optimization Understanding of SEO principles and site performance optimization Experience creating animations or interactive web components How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A portfolio link showing two to three full websites you have designed and built A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes ) introducing yourself, walking through a recent project you built using Claude Code or AI coding tools, and explaining how AI fits into your development workflow Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
