About the Role

This is a project-based opportunity for an experienced Web Developer who can take ownership of redesigning and improving our website from both a technical and user experience perspective.

We're looking for someone who understands not only website development, but also how to build pages that convert visitors into qualified leads.

You'll be responsible for redesigning and modernizing the Talent Global website to create a more professional, engaging, and conversion-focused experience. This includes improving the overall user journey, showcasing our services, open positions, and client testimonials more effectively, while optimizing the site to increase qualified leads and achieve a target conversion rate of 30% of visitors clicking to book a call.

Responsibilities

• Develop, redesign and modernize the Talent Global website
• Improve the overall user experience and website structure
• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly pages
• Optimize the website for lead generation and conversions (CRO)
• Improve navigation and presentation of our open positions
• Create effective layouts for client testimonials and social proof
• Implement best practices for performance and usability
• Collaborate with our internal team while working independently
• Deliver project milestones on time

Requirements

• Strong experience developing websites with WordPress
• Experience designing and building modern, high-converting websites
• Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and lead generation best practices
• Experience improving website conversion rates through landing pages, clear CTAs, user flows, and lead generation strategies
• Strong layout, UI, and UX skills
• Ability to work independently and manage project milestones
• Portfolio showcasing B2B websites, marketing agencies, or lead generation-focused projects
• Experience creating responsive, mobile-first websites

• Copywriting or conversion-focused content experience
