Job Opening: Web Developer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full‑time

Work Schedule: 8:00 – 5:00 PM Pacific

Rate: $9-$10

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Integrate Zenoti & HubSpot for data, email marketing, CRM, and website development.
• Collaborate with 3rd‑party middleware groups (e.g., Comma8) on integration builds (lead forms, data sync, etc.).
• Manage end‑to‑end lead routing, ensuring submissions reach the correct franchise center.
• Work with APIs & webhooks to connect platforms without native integrations.
• Implement and manage tracking infrastructure: GTM, GA4, event setup, conversion pixels (Meta, Google Ads).
• Persist UTM/attribution data through forms into HubSpot (first‑touch, last‑touch capture).
• Build and style landing pages that convert effectively in HubSpot and WordPress (Gutenberg Blocks).
• Connect technical and design layers to maintain intact lead flow.
• Optimize on‑page SEO, page speed, and Core Web Vitals for conversion and ranking.
• Apply schema/structured data markup, especially local business schema for franchise location pages.
• Conduct mobile/responsive QA for consistent user experience.

🎯 Qualifications

• Proven experience with Zenoti–HubSpot integrations and CRM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of lead routing and franchise‑specific data flows.
• Expertise in UTM tracking, attribution, and analytics infrastructure.
• Skilled in WordPress (Gutenberg) and HubSpot CMS development.
• Familiarity with SEO optimization, structured data, and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations.
