Maison No.3 is seeking a curious, technically versatile, and future-focused Digital Systems Apprentice to join our Digital Department. This internship is designed for individuals who enjoy building complete digital experiences, from intuitive user interfaces to scalable backend systems.
We are looking for someone who embraces modern development practices, is comfortable with AI-assisted ("vibe") coding, rapidly prototypes ideas, and understands that great software is built through thoughtful architecture rather than simply writing code. The ideal candidate should possess working knowledge across both frontend and backend development, demonstrate a willingness to learn emerging technologies, and enjoy solving real business problems through technology.
The successful candidate will:
Develop and maintain modern web applications across frontend and backend technologies.
Responsibilities include:
Build intuitive, responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frameworks.
Work closely with the Interface Team to transform design systems into production-ready interfaces.

This internship is intended to provide meaningful exposure to the complete lifecycle of modern digital product development. Rather than working on isolated tasks, you will contribute to real products, internal systems, websites, automations, and digital experiences across multiple brands within the Maison. You will work alongside strategists, designers, developers, marketers, writers, and founders to build technology that supports both creativity and commerce. Exceptional interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance and organisational requirements.
