Speakeasy Marketing is a U.S.-based legal marketing company serving law firms nationwide. We help attorneys grow their practices through marketing, video content, client support, and other services designed specifically for law firms.

We are looking for a full-time Web & Graphic Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI as part of the design process without relying on it completely. The right person must have strong design skills on their own, while also knowing how to leverage AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and overall design quality.

This role is ideal for someone who can create professional, polished designs for websites, homepage layouts, landing pages, graphics, thumbnails, buttons, icons, and other marketing materials.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• 100% Remote
• Schedule: 5:00 pm to 2:00 am PKT
• Compensation: $900 to start / $1000 after 90 days / $1,100 after 180 days

Responsibilities

• Design website homepages, landing pages, and internal website pages for law firm clients
• Create website graphics, buttons, icons, banners, thumbnails, and other digital design elements
• Use AI tools to support the design process, including concept development, image generation, layout inspiration, and design refinement
• Create designs both with and without AI assistance
• Work with existing brand guidelines and client preferences
• Create clean, professional, conversion-focused designs for websites and marketing campaigns
• Revise designs based on feedback from the team
• Collaborate with the marketing, video, and operations teams as needed
• Stay organized and meet deadlines in a remote work environment

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for layout, spacing, color, typography, and branding
• Experience using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar platforms
• Experience using AI tools as part of the design process
• Ability to create polished designs quickly without sacrificing quality
• Ability to design from scratch, not just rely on templates or AI-generated concepts
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work during the required schedule
• Experience designing for law firms, professional services, or marketing agencies is a plus, but not required

Screening Task

As part of the application process, please complete the following design task:

1. Google the exact phrase “personal injury attorneys in Houston.”
2. Choose one of the top organic law firm results from your search. Please do not use a sponsored ad.
3. Review the firm's existing homepage.
4. Create a redesign of that homepage showing us how you believe it could be improved.

We are not asking you to copy the existing website. We want to see your own design ideas and how you would improve the homepage while still designing for the same type of personal injury law firm.

Your submission should be a visual mockup/image showing how you would redesign the homepage. We want to be able to look at your submission and clearly see your proposed homepage design.

You may use AI tools as part of the design process, but the final design should demonstrate your own design ability, creativity, and judgment. We are specifically looking for someone who can use AI as a tool without depending on it to do the design work for them.
