Responsibilities: Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites from initial concept through final launch. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using UX/UI best practices. Develop website designs that align with client goals, brand identity, and user needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective digital experiences. Design websites ranging from small 3–4 page sites to larger, more complex business websites. Utilize AI-powered design and website-building tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and creativity. Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices. Prepare design assets and documentation for development and implementation. Perform website updates, design refinements, and ongoing improvements as needed. Stay current with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and UX best practices. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and UX/UI design. Strong portfolio showcasing website and UX/UI projects. Ability to manage projects independently and take websites from concept to launch. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD). Familiarity with AI design and website-building tools. Front-end skills such as HTML, CSS, and WordPress are highly desired. Advanced English proficiency required. Time Zone: Availability to overlap with U.S. business hours.
