Pay Rate: $20-22/HR + Benefits + 2 weeks PTO + 7 Paid Holidays 📅 Open Positions 5 Openings: Day Shift (Hours between 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM ) 1 Opening: Overnight Shift (Hours between 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM ) What You'll Do As a WebChat Agent , you'll serve as the first point of contact for consumers exploring new and used vehicle purchases online. Rather than visiting a dealership in person, customers connect with you through live chat to receive guidance, answers, and support throughout their buying journey. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Assist customers with questions regarding vehicle purchases, inventory, pricing, and dealership information ✅ Provide proactive support for vehicle locates, dealer inquiries, promotions, incentives, and product features ✅ Deliver an outstanding customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and engagement ✅ Generate sales leads by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer inquiries ✅ Schedule and assist with general service appointment requests when applicable ✅ Represent the company as a professional and courteous brand ambassador in every customer interaction ✅ Maintain a high level of productivity, quality, and attention to detail while managing multiple conversations What We're Looking For Ideal Candidate Profile Positive, self-motivated, and customer-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent organization and time management skills Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Driven to meet and exceed performance goals Comfortable using technology and web-based communication tools Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
