We are looking for a hands-on Website & Front-End Specialist to support the maintenance, enhancement, and performance of our panel websites. This role will focus on implementing website updates, managing user-facing experiences, maintaining tracking and analytics, and supporting SEO initiatives provided by the Marketing team. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and improving websites that drive user acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding experiences, and member-facing website features. Build and modify website components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement SEO recommendations and website improvements provided by Marketing. Manage and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) and web tracking implementations. Monitor website performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness. Support offer wall integrations and other user engagement features. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Panel teams to execute growth initiatives. 2–5 years of experience in Front-End Development, Website Operations, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar. Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and website tracking. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console. Knowledge of SEO implementation and website performance optimization. Experience working with conversion-focused websites, registration flows, or user onboarding journeys. Exposure to custom website platforms and/or .NET environments.
