Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer phone calls, build dispatches and dispatch calls to tow operators
Audit and submit invoices for payment and record payments
Audit and release impounded vehicles
Required Skills & Experience:
Open to applicants 18+ years old
Must be capable of 12 hour+ weekend shifts
Must be comfortable working with a computer, multiple software platforms and smartphone applications
Preferred dispatching experience
Preferred customer service experience
Must possess a valid Driver's License issued by your state of residence
Must meet background and drug screening criteria
Must be willing to occasionally work outside normal work hours depending on call volume
Must possess a fully functional smartphone
Ability to work in fast paced situations
