Narra Health is building the first preventative holistic wellbeing platform centred around Philippine Psychology. We’re looking for a Wellbeing Content Designer with a Psychology background to lead and own the content strategy for Narra Fitness. This is a founding-team role with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in shaping the Narra Fitness function from the ground up.

A gym for your mind, that helps our users stay strong through tough times and sharpen their wellness skills. It focuses on psychoeducation and spreading mental health awareness through bite sized mental health activities. It is also the first ever Psychological worksheet catalogue available in Tagalog.

Content Strategy & Development

• Lead, manage, and own the content strategy and performance analysis for Narra Fitness, ensuring alignment with company values and goals, and connecting Workshops, Fitness, and Newsletters into a cohesive whole.
• Support workshop development, ensuring Narra Fitness is seamlessly incorporated into the content.
• Own the development and performance analysis of Newsletter content.
• Regularly audit and refine existing content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and consistency with Narra’s tone of voice.
• Create engaging content formats (games, activities, masterclasses) grounded in Philippine Psychology.
• Produce written, visual, and multimedia content using AI tools and other production methods for efficient, high-quality output.

Workshops & Trainings

• Host or co-facilitate workshops and remote leadership trainings as needed, particularly for small- to mid-sized companies, in alignment with Narra’s wellbeing and psychology-centered programs.

• Daily availability for communication via Slack or email to handle client requests and inquiries.
• Participation in weekly team sessions to align on strategy and share insights.

• Holds a masters degree in Psychology
• Licensed Psychologist (fresh license holders are welcome)
• Background or strong interest in Philippine Psychology and holistic wellbeing
• Skilled in content strategy, editing, and multimedia production (including AI tools)
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Strong communicator and collaborator with a client-first orientation
• Able to facilitate workshops and trainings when needed
