About Innovate Wellness
Innovate Wellness helps established healthcare and wellness practices successfully add prescription peptide programs without building the clinical and business infrastructure themselves.
Our providers receive physician prescribing access, pharmacist-backed education, implementation systems, white-labeled client resources, and ongoing business support so they can confidently offer peptide programs within their own practice.

This position begins as a part-time independent contractor (1099) role. While we're hiring to meet immediate implementation needs, our goal is to find someone who is excited to grow with Innovate Wellness over the long term.
We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of our team as the company continues to expand. For the right person, we anticipate increasing responsibility and hours as our provider community grows.
We value initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. While we'll provide training on our systems and programs, we're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, solving problems, and helping healthcare providers succeed.
About The Role
This is a dynamic role that supports nearly every aspect of Innovate Wellness operations. As a growing company, responsibilities vary from week to week and may include provider onboarding, Kartra administration, implementation, coaching calls, provider support, operational projects, and continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
No two weeks are exactly alike. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, learning new systems, and wearing multiple hats while helping healthcare professionals succeed, you'll likely thrive in this role.
You'll become an important member of our team by supporting the day-to-day operations of Innovate Wellness, helping new providers get launched, supporting existing providers, and ensuring our systems run smoothly behind the scenes.
While you'll work independently once trained, you'll collaborate closely with our founder as you learn our programs, systems, and workflows. As you grow into the role, you'll become a trusted resource for our providers and an integral part of our growing team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provider Success
- Respond to routine provider email questions.
- Help providers navigate our dashboard, resources, and training materials.
- Escalate clinical or business questions when appropriate.
- Lead weekly provider training calls.
- Lead end-user coaching calls at a consistent time weekly.
- Track recurring questions to improve documentation.
- Help maintain and expand our knowledge base and SOPs.
- Over time, assist with hosting implementation office hours and supporting provider success initiatives.
Operations
- Maintain provider records and documentation.
- Organize internal systems and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Accurately process peptide intake forms and payments
- Support additional operational projects as the company grows.
Provider Implementation & Systems
- Build and maintain Kartra email sequences, campaigns, and automations.
- Clone and white-label provider campaigns.
- Customize provider assets with logos and branding.
- Maintain email templates, forms, landing pages, and automation workflows.
- Test and troubleshoot automations before launch.
- Keep our implementation systems organized and up to date.
- Assist with onboarding new providers.
- Maintain implementation checklists and perform quality assurance before provider launches

Preferred Background
The ideal candidate is a credentialed healthcare professional with experience or a strong interest in functional, integrative, or wellness-based care. Because we support providers across these practice models, the ideal candidate is comfortable with approaches that incorporate lifestyle, nutrition, peptide therapy, and other evidence-informed wellness strategies alongside traditional healthcare.
Experience with Kartra or another CRM/marketing automation platform (such as GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp automations) is strongly preferred.
