Product Coordinator Intern — Path to Full-Time

Fit4Travel | Remote | Part-time (20-29 hrs/week) | $18-20/hr | Initial 3-month term, renewable

Ideal for candidates graduating December 2026 or May 2027 — this role is designed as a runway to a full-time Product Coordinator position around your graduation date.

About The Role

Fit4Travel designs and operates group wellness retreats across six continents — yoga, fitness, and adventure travel for real travelers on real itineraries, not theoretical trips. We're looking for a Product Coordinator Intern to work directly alongside our Product Contractor and get hands-on with what actually makes a retreat work: the hotels, the excursions, the pacing, the details.

This isn't a "shadow and observe" internship. You'll own real deliverables from day one, and the strongest performer in this role has a clear path to a full-time Product Coordinator position — becoming the right hand to our Product team.

What You'll Actually Do

Phase 1 — Build the foundation (weeks 1-8+): You'll become the person who knows more about our retreat details than anyone else on the team. That means:

• Auditing and fixing our itinerary pages so questions like "how long is the hike?" or "what's included in spa day?" have real, accurate answers — no more guessing
• Cleaning up vendor and hotel contacts in our CRM (HubSpot) so outreach doesn't hit dead ends
• Reconciling gaps across our time logs, Google Drive, and website so our internal team and our retreat leaders are working from the same accurate information
• Updating and simplifying our yoga instructor questionnaire
  
  

Phase 2 — Product input (as you build trust and track record): Once you've demonstrated ownership of the details, you'll start contributing to the bigger picture — researching new destinations, hotels, and excursion partners, and weighing in on itinerary pacing for future retreats. This is where you start shaping product, not just documenting it.

Structure

• Fully remote, 20-29 hrs/week
• Pay: $18-20/hr
• Weekly 1:1 syncs with the Product Contractor
• Initial 3-month term with renewal and potential full-time conversion based on performance
• Eligibility: currently pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
