Role Description This is a part-time remote role for Course Creators at CourseBoot. In this role, you will design and produce online courses in areas such as AI, business, digital products, and growth, including structuring curricula, outlining modules, and defining clear learning outcomes. You will create engaging educational content, such as video lessons, slide decks, worksheets, and templates, aligned with CourseBoot’s quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting topic research, scripting and recording lessons, collaborating with CourseBoot’s team on course positioning and learner experience, and iterating on course content based on feedback and performance data. You will also help optimize course content for online delivery, learner engagement, and practical implementation in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in one or more focus areas (e.g., AI, business, digital products, growth) and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable instruction.
• Experience in creating educational or training materials, such as online courses, workshops, tutorials, or curriculum design.
• Proficiency with digital tools for content creation (e.g., presentation software, screen recording tools, learning platforms) and basic familiarity with online course delivery technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, structure, and learner engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve course quality.
• Background in teaching, coaching, consulting, or professional training is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated portfolio of prior courses, educational content, or thought leadership (e.g., blogs, talks, webinars) is a plus.
• Comfort with data-driven iteration, including reviewing learner feedback and performance metrics to refine course content.
