🎯 Responsibilities

• write engaging scripts for instagram reels, tiktok, youtube, and other social platforms

• create scripts for property marketing, advertisements, and promotional campaigns

• develop strong hooks, storytelling concepts, and calls-to-action

• research trends, competitors, and real estate topics

• work closely with the marketing, media, and sales teams

• create content focused on engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation

• stay updated with social media trends and ai content tools

🔎 Requirements

• strong writing and storytelling skills

• understanding of social media trends and short-form content

• ability to create creative and attention-grabbing hooks

• previous scriptwriting or content writing experience preferred

• creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• portfolio or examples of previous work
