Dein Verantwortungsbereich Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Kunden Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Onboarding-Dokumentationen, Checklisten und Schulungsmaterialien. Unterstützung bei der Datenerfassung, -validierung und Berichtslegung zu Onboarding-Fortschritt und KPIs. Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt, Design, Customer Success und IT zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Startprozesses. Das bringst du mit Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Informatik oder vergleichbar. Interesse bzw. erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Experience, Onboarding oder Projektunterstützung. Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
