What You'll Do As a Remote Client Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options. Client Responsibilities Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options Explain products and services clearly and professionally Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication Build strong, long-term client relationships Maintain accurate client records and documentation Professional Development Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching Develop communication, leadership, and customer service skills Learn industry products, systems, and best practices Collaborate with a supportive remote team Continue growing through mentorship and professional development Why Join AO?
