We're looking for a Travel Workflow Planner to help keep travel requests, reservations, and planning details moving in the right direction. This remote role is a mix of organization, communication, and follow-through. You'll help keep track of requests, update booking information, follow up on open items, and make sure important details don't get missed along the way. It's a great fit for someone who likes having a clear process but can also handle a busy day with several things happening at once. Training is provided, along with the tools and resources you'll need to learn the role and become comfortable with the workflow. What You'll Do Keep track of travel requests and booking timelines from start to confirmation. Organize reservation details, confirmations, and important trip information. Follow up with clients when additional information or clarification is needed. Monitor open tasks and make sure outstanding items are addressed. Communicate with clients and team members through email and online platforms. Keep digital records accurate and easy to find. Review travel details for missing or incorrect information. Help keep daily planning tasks organized and moving forward. What We're Looking For Naturally organized and comfortable keeping track of details. Strong communication and follow-through. Able to prioritize when several tasks need attention at the same time. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Willing to learn new software, booking platforms, and online systems. Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive. Background in administration, scheduling, customer service, coordination, or planning is helpful but not required.
