About The Role

This is a flexible, work-from-home role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building long-term relationships, and representing a brand they’re proud to stand behind.

You’ll take ownership of our wholesale and partnership channel—developing new retail relationships, supporting our existing stockists, attending trade shows, and helping expand Dreamer RV’s presence throughout Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll have plenty of autonomy, the flexibility to manage your own schedule, and the opportunity to play a key role in the next stage of our growth.

Success in This Role Looks Like

• Growing Dreamer RV’s network of premium retail partners across Australia and New Zealand.
• Building long-term relationships with stockists who genuinely love working with us.
• Helping retailers increase their sales through outstanding service, education and support.
• Representing Dreamer RV with enthusiasm and professionalism at trade shows and industry events.
• Identifying new opportunities to expand our wholesale network and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Becoming a trusted ambassador for the Dreamer RV brand.

About You

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone or jump in the car to visit customers.

You’ll be proactive, self-motivated and commercially minded, while also caring deeply about providing outstanding customer service.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous sales, business development or account management experience (essential).
• Experience within the caravan, camping, outdoor industries (essential).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Confidence working independently from home.
• Experience using Google Business Suite and cloud-based business systems.
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
• Australian Based, with easy access to a major airport.
• A passion for business growth and building long-term partnerships.
