Come be part of Inetum! We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Infrastructure Engineer (L3 Support) to join a dynamic IT Infrastructure team within an international banking environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the Windows infrastructure supporting critical business operations across multiple European locations. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support, contribute to infrastructure automation initiatives, manage complex incidents, and ensure high levels of service availability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Windows Infrastructure Administer and support the Ansible Tower platform and related automation services. Ensure the stability, performance, and security of Centrify and Trellix solutions. Provide advanced infrastructure support to regional IT teams. Plan, execute, and monitor infrastructure patching activities. Contribute to infrastructure standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards. Active Directory & Identity Management Support and monitor the Centrify platform, ensuring seamless integration between Windows and Linux environments. Participate in identity and access management activities. Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and directory service issues. Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies. Production Support Manage and resolve Level 3 incidents and service requests across multiple European entities within agreed service levels. Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to resolve complex issues. Execute infrastructure patching campaigns and provide detailed reporting on compliance and operational status. Participate in critical incident management and escalation processes when required. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Basic to intermediate knowledge of French is an advantage. Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including: Networking DNS DHCP Security Server Infrastructure Solid expertise in Microsoft Windows technologies, including: Windows Server Active Directory WSUS Ansible Automation Centrify Hands-on experience with: PowerShell Ansible Python BMC Discovery Asset Management Power BI Strong knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, patch management, and operational best practices. Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible certification is considered a strong plus. Preferred Profile Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments. Experience working within highly regulated sectors, preferably banking, financial services, or other critical industries . Strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence. Passion for automation, infrastructure modernization, and operational efficiency. Experience supporting geographically distributed teams within an international organization.
