What You'll do:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support Active Directory and related services.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Manage SCCM, including software deployment, update management, and system monitoring.
• Implement and maintain security and compliance policies across the Microsoft infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents and critical system issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to improve the reliability, security, and performance of the Microsoft environment.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide operational support and incident response.
  
  
  

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
• Experience administering DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), including software deployment, patch management, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) is considered an advantage.
