Member Onboarding & Support Connect with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments Welcome new members and explain the enrollment process Identify individual and family benefit needs Educate members about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options Answer questions and explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms Assist eligible members with applications and enrollment Review existing coverage and assist with beneficiary or policy updates Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up Maintain accurate digital records and documentation Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional communication This position combines customer service, member education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales .
