Workday Analyst – Compensation & Benefits At BairesDev

In this role, you'll work with HR stakeholders, gather requirements, and support configuration directly in Workday. This is a hands-on configuration role, working closely with a team supporting global offices across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

• Help gather requirements from HR stakeholders and support configuration directly in Workday.
• Support Compensation and Benefits configuration, including annual events like merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Help configure Talent Management processes within Workday.
• Support custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Core HR configuration.
• Experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Familiarity with Workday Talent Management.
• Advanced level of English.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Workday integrations, including EIBs or Core Connectors.
• Exposure to Workday Time Tracking or Absence Management.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer.
