Job Summary The Workday Applications Manager for Finance & Supply Chain oversees Workday platform strategy, governance, configuration, integrations, and support for finance, supply chain, and planning functions. The role bridges business and technology by aligning Workday capabilities with operational goals Strategic Workday Platform Leadership Lead governance, planning, execution, and delivery for Workday Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning modules. Align technology initiatives with business strategy and priorities. Oversee Workday roadmap, enhancements, customizations, workflows, and process improvements. Systems Analysis & Functional Design Conduct requirements gathering, systems analysis, and solution design. Ensure work products (configuration, documentation, testing, integration) meet business needs. Lead implementation and management of enterprise Finance & Supply Chain processes. Operational & Support Oversight Manage daily Workday support operations, incidents, requests, and issue resolution. Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Workday Finance & Supply Chain. Maintain cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Planning. Data, Integration & Quality Management Support Workday integrations and ensure data integrity and accurate processing. Evaluate Workday capabilities and recommend optimization opportunities. People & Stakeholder Leadership Lead teams, provide direction, and manage team performance. Communicate complex topics in clear terms to all organizational levels. Partner cross-functionally to understand needs and deliver solutions. Technical & Functional Expertise Deep functional knowledge of Finance & Supply Chain processes. Workday configuration, integration, testing, and workflow design skills. Ability to manage enhancements, process redesign, and cross-functional alignment. Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields · Seven (7) years of job-related experience in similar capacity required · Five (5) years of Workday Finance and Supply Chain experience and training required in a healthcare environment · Five (5) Years Leadership experience required · Three (3) Years Project Management experience required · Experience related to implementation and management of enterprise Finance and Supply Chain · Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization, including breaking down complex topics for target audiences · Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities · Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation · Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution · Ability to motivate and set the direction for a team · Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality Please note: While this position is remote, we’re only able to hire candidates who reside in Georgia , Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, or Colorado.
