Workday Associate Project Manager

CHICAGO, IL OR REMOTE Everforth TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. We are looking for a Workday Associate Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success. Requirements (What We’re Looking For): Workday Consulting Certification (Required) 1+ years' SaaS project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required) Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required) Workday HCM, Payroll, or Workday Financials certification/experience (Preferred) Experience using Smartsheet (Preferred) Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skills Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): Manage the implementation of multiple Phase X, Post Production, Managed Service projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate competency in the Workday HCM, Payroll or Financials product suite Work with Everforth TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and planned Assist in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs Work with the clients project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support Work with clients on Workday best practices Interact with colleagues, managers and clients face to face Adapt to job requirement changes as the department grows Attend Workday Certification Travel 25%-45% at client request Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Benefits (What We’re Offering): Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary and quarterly bonuses Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Basic Life Insurance coverage Additional voluntary life insurance available Paid Parental Leave & Pregnancy Related Medical Leave Generous paid sick leave Unlimited PTO Monthly wellness/gym subsidy Monthly phone subsidy 401 (k) and ROTH retirement savings plan with matching Employee Assistance Program Company sponsored volunteer opportunities, LinkedIn Learning access, company and team outings Adoption Assistance Everforth TopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer #LI-REMOTE The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Everforth TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is: Associate PM I: $70,000 - $90,000 Associate PM II: $90,000 - $120,000
