🔥 Workday Certified Consultant – Contract – Canada (Remote) 🔥
We're supporting a Workday partner and consulting firm in the search for a Workday Certified Consultant to support one of their clients within the energy infrastructure sector during the upcoming Workday R2 Release.
This is a short-term contract with the possibility of extension, focused on R2 release readiness across Workday Learning, Recruiting and Compensation modules, supporting feature demonstrations, change impact assessments and testing activities.

🔹 Role – Workday Certified Consultant
🔹 Type – Contract
🔹 Start – ASAP
🔹 Duration – End of September (extension possible)
🔹 Hours – ~15 hours per week
🔹 Rate – Up to C$120/hr
🔹 Working Model – Remote (Canada)
Requirements:
🔸 Active Workday certification(s), ideally across Learning, Recruiting and/or Compensation
🔸 Expertise in the Workday Recruiting, Compensation and Learning modules
🔸 Previous experience supporting Workday R1/R2 Releases
🔸 Experience delivering new feature demonstrations to business stakeholders
🔸 Experience conducting change impact assessments
🔸 Experience creating and/or executing UAT and test scripts
🔸 Strong stakeholder communication skills
