Workday Financials Consultant

We're partnering with a growing Workday consulting firm that's looking for an experienced Senior Workday Financials Consultant with deep expertise in Record to Report, Financial Accounting, FDM, and Budgets.

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations for Higher Education and State & Local Government clients, partnering directly with customers to design solutions, configure Workday, lead workshops, and guide projects from discovery through go-live. You'll also mentor junior consultants, contribute to presales activities, and help shape implementation best practices across the organization.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong end-to-end Workday Financials implementation experience
• Expertise in Record to Report, Financial Accounting, FDM and/or Budgets
• Active (or recently active) Workday Financials certification
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• The ability to lead workshops and deliver complex Workday Financials solutions

Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll is a plus, as is previous consulting experience within Higher Education or State & Local Government.
