Workday SCM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday SCM Consultant to join a strategic enterprise transformation initiative. This role requires hands-on experience with Workday Supply Chain Management solutions and the ability to support complex client environments with advanced configurations and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday SCM modules, including:
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Strategic Sourcing
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support system testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday SCM experience.
• Proven expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, and/or Strategic Sourcing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Experience working in complex Workday environments with advanced configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred

• Workday certifications are a plus.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations or optimization projects.
