Job Description:

As a Workday Security Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our Workday system. Leveraging your expertise in Workday administration, you will be responsible for building new security groups, understanding domains and security policies for new requests, and handling and troubleshooting reports and integration security issues. Additionally, you will develop and support a formal security request framework for ongoing security adds and updates, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your experience in researching security for users or groups of users based on feedback about reports, business processes, or online access will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and efficiency in our Workday security processes.

Responsibilities:

• Build new security groups in Workday according to established policies and guidelines.
• Understand domains and security policies for new security requests, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Handle and troubleshoot reports and integration security issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and support a formal security request framework for ongoing security adds and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Research security for users or groups of users based on feedback about reports, business processes, or online access, and implement necessary adjustments or enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into actionable security configurations within Workday.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Workday Security Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in building new security groups and managing security policies within Workday.
• Strong understanding of Workday domains, security policies, and integration security.
• Experience in developing or supporting a formal security request framework.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve security issues promptly and effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to research security requirements and implement appropriate solutions based on business needs.
• Relevant certifications or training in Workday administration and security are a plus.
