Read more about Alchemy’s values here: About Us | Connect with Alchemy — Alchemy Your role Alchemy’s Workday Integration Senior/Consultant will help ensure the successful implementation of Workday Student and Platform modules by contributing Workday product, integrations, and consulting expertise to a dynamic and cohesive implementation team. Your responsibilities Lead integrations for the Workday’s Financials (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Workday Student products Perform the following as a member of the deployment team: accurately capture the customer’s business requirements, design and build Workday integration systems, demonstrate integrations through the deployment process, assist in testing integration solutions, and complete knowledge transfer to the customer Collaborate effectively and synergistically on team-based projects Help ensure the customer remains referenceable once in production Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset Work directly with project manager(s) to provide status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status. Work with project manager(s) to identify scope changes and change orders as needed Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications About you (Required skills) Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline or commensurate work experience 2+ years (Consultant) 4+ years (Senior) of Workday Integrations experience with the ability to lead implementations Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations Ability to define the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components Working knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, and/or Restful API Ability to transform large data sets and format them to various outputs using Excel, XML, and XSLT tools Ability to work with both functional and technical resources to define requirements Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration Strong analytical skills used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% Candidates/Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Alchemy varies based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, certifications, and overall business needs. As part of our total compensation package, this role may also be eligible for participation in Alchemy’s variable bonus plan (role-specific), with additional details shared during the hiring process. In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we provide a reasonable salary range for each role. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, and final compensation decisions are based on individual qualifications and alignment to the role. For roles that may be leveled during the interview process, compensation will be aligned accordingly, and an updated salary range will be provided if the level differs from the original posting. Base Salary Ranges: Consultant: $100,000 – $124,00 Senior Consultant: $130,000 – $150,000
