Role Description As a Worker at MyGig Australia | Work Your Way, you will accept and complete shifts that align with your skills and availability through the MyGig platform and mobile app in a full-time, remote capacity. You will be responsible for performing assigned tasks reliably and safely, following site-specific instructions, and meeting the quality and productivity standards of each client. Your day-to-day activities may include checking in and out of shifts digitally, communicating with supervisors or coordinators, and maintaining accurate records of hours worked. You will use MyGig’s tools to manage your schedule, review pay details, and access information about future opportunities and potential career development. Collaboration, adaptability, and professionalism are key to delivering consistent value to MyGig’s business partners.
Qualifications

• Ability to use mobile and web-based workforce platforms, including checking shifts, recording time, and communicating with coordinators.
• Strong reliability, time management, and organizational skills to manage full-time remote work and varying shift requirements.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions across different workplace environments.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and adherence to workplace policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Adaptability to different tasks, industries, and client expectations, with a focus on delivering quality work and customer service.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills sufficient for understanding pay details, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Prior experience in shift-based, contingent, or gig work is beneficial but not required; training and support may be provided.
• Legal right to work in Australia and access to a reliable internet connection and compatible mobile device.
