Workers' Compensation Case Manager

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is a fast-growing civil litigation firm specializing in Workers' Compensation cases. We are looking for a Remote Case Manager to assist in managing cases from intake to resolution, ensuring smooth communication and case progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries.
• Coordinate medical treatment approvals, lien negotiations, and case follow-ups.
• Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate case records and update case management software.
• Support attorneys in case preparation for hearings, depositions, and settlements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
