Reporting to senior executive leadership, you will oversee a delivery department of approximately 30 staff through a middle management layer of Team Leaders. Your core mandate is to drive operational output, establish clear performance benchmarks, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and ensure consistent adherence to service delivery deadline

Qualifications & Experi

• ors.Direct operational line management experience within the professional services or financial services sec
• tor.Demonstrated experience in managing workload allocation, capacity planning, and strict delivery deadli
• nes.Practical experience using modern workflow management software (such as Karbon, Monday.com, Jira, or Confluen
• ce).MBA (Master of Business Administration) is advantage
