Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist (Remote)

For our client - an international outsourcing company with operations across Europe, we are looking for an experienced WFM Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for WFM systems via ticketing, helping users and keeping systems running smoothly
• Analyze WFM and scheduling data, translating it into clear insights and practical recommendations for the team
• Own assigned improvement projects independently (e.g., user permission changes)
• Take initiative in identifying and proposing improvements to WFM processes and system configuration

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in WFM-related position
• Strong understanding of WFM processes end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with EEM (Employee Engagement Manager)
• Experience with NICE WFM or other WFM platforms (e.g., Verint, Calabrio)
• Familiarity with AI-driven WFM features (AIX) is a strong plus
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills, structured, solution-oriented working style
