• Required Qualifications - Multiple years of direct, hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience
• Current WorkForce Software certification - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving

Experience Preferred:

• Deep-rooted knowledge across WorkForce Software modules, including:
• Time - Attendance - Absence Case Tracking - Scheduling - Reporting - Integrations - Experience configuring or supporting WorkForce Software in Manufacturing environments/locations
• Knowledge of union and non-union workforce requirements
• Familiarity with manufacturing shift operations and scheduling complexity
• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees) - Understanding of Canadian labor regulations and timekeeping requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements across the ATLAS program
• Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes across multiple deployment waves - Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave of absence regulations across US and Canada
• Document configuration standards, processes, and change history
• Provide post-deployment support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for WorkForce Software functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance
