Job Responsibilities Leads technical design planning, solution development, and implementation for key initiatives. Provides oversight and coaching to guide peers, coordinate development activities, and maintain clear cross‑team communication. Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and documents Project Management systems and supporting services, refining solutions to improve efficiency and meet evolving business needs. Serves as a technical lead by breaking down business requirements into actionable tasks, enabling team self‑organization, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across the development lifecycle. Translates business needs into scalable solutions using existing Project Management platforms (e.g., WorkFront, Fusion) and other Global PM tools. Drives creation of robust, sustainable technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Conducts code reviews to uphold quality standards through best practices, peer review, and automated tools. Modernizes legacy processes into efficient, future‑ready solutions. Partners with DBAs to establish and maintain appropriate data persistence platforms. Performs requirements analysis and contributes to continuous improvement of codebases. Follows established SDLC processes, departmental procedures, and coding standards. Troubleshoots issues in new and existing applications, guiding teams to identify root causes and implement durable solutions. Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, support teams, and vendors. Mentors team members on technology, processes, and soft skills to support growth and effectiveness. Communicates progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership as needed. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications B.Tech in Computer Science or related field 3 or more years of experience as a Workfront Fusion developer, including tool development, enhancements, and data management Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional Certification Preferred Qualifications 5 or more years of experience with core development, including building foundational system logic, integrations, and scalable technical solutions. 3 or more years of experience developing coding scripts, working with APIs and webhooks Additional Job Standards Strong background in managing and analyzing data across multiple systems Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels Self‑motivated, creative, and technically astute Technical experience with: Oracle SQL Python Java Spotfire or other data visualization tools Power BI Application Window: Closes at the end of the day August 21, 2026.
