Your role – meaningful & rewarding Support the Scrum Master and Head of Communication DT in driving agile team operations, organizational development, and strategic initiatives Organize, coordinate, and facilitate team events, workshops, retrospectives, PI Planning, and other collaboration formats Prepare, document, and follow up on meetings, decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies across projects and initiatives Maintain Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency, effective knowledge management, and well-structured team collaboration Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement Coordinate stakeholders across teams and business functions while driving smaller initiatives independently from planning to implementation Contribute ideas to improve collaboration, team effectiveness, and agile ways of working Your profile – authentic & open-minded​ Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Psychology, Communications, or a comparable field Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to dynamic and fast-paced environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset Analytical thinking with an interest in data, reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement Passion for agile ways of working and modern collaboration methods Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, or similar collaboration tools is an advantage Fluent in English with good German language skills Our Benefits – smart & useful​ Advance your development: We grow and we want you to grow with us!
