Responsibilities: Support in the planning, organization, and execution of national and international trade shows, congresses, and workshops across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), with a focus on the DACH region. Preparation of event briefs and monthly reports for marketing events and activities. Collaboration with external partners, agencies, service providers, and the sales team. Management and continuous improvement of sales, marketing, and event platforms (Asana, Salesforce, Exhibit Force, Highspot). Independent management and execution of defined marketing projects. Requirements: College student Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to localize global content effectively. Organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience managing multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Strong project management. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
