The Team – your impact ​ We empower communication & brand through technology to create digital experiences that reach and inspire people across & beyond E.ON. Your Role – meaningful & rewarding Create and continuously improve user guides, training materials, functional documentation, and support content for E.ON’s intranet platform Compass Deliver content editor training sessions and enable users through best practices, guidance, and community management Support product communication through newsletters, presentations, success stories, and other engagement activities Coordinate content creation and communication with stakeholders across different business areas Take ownership of smaller initiatives and projects, driving them independently from concept to successful delivery Contribute ideas to improve user engagement, adoption, and the overall user experience of Compass Your Profile – authentic & open-minded​ Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, Media Management, Journalism, Psychology, or a comparable field Passion for creating engaging content and translating complex topics into clear, user-friendly communication Strong sense for design, structure, and intuitive user experiences Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously Proactive, self-driven, and eager to take ownership while working independently Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, Miro, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage Fluent in English with good German language skills Our Benefits – smart & useful​ Advance your development: We grow and we want you to grow with us!
