The Team – your impact We empower communication & brand through technology to create digital experiences that reach and inspire people across & beyond E.ON. Your role – meaningful & rewarding​ Support the continuous development, operation, and optimization of E.ON’s social intranet platform Compass Develop and implement technical enhancements, including custom widgets, integrations, and automation solutions Analyze product and usage data to generate insights and support data-driven product improvements Support requirements engineering, solution design, testing, and technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle Take ownership of smaller technical initiatives and contribute proactively to the team's success Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve digital solutions, processes, and the overall user experience Your profile – authentic & open-minded​ Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable field Passion for developing digital solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interest in web technologies, automation, digital products, and data analytics First experience with programming, scripting, or frontend development; knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, Azure CI/CD, Power BI, or similar technologies is an advantage Familiarity with collaboration and project tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus Curious, pragmatic, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies and take ownership Fluent in English with good German language skills Our Benefits – smart & useful​ Advance your development: We grow and we want you to grow with us!
