Working student Learning & Development

As a Working Student – Learning & Development you will, together with the Learning & Development team, help deliver future‑proof learning curricula and interventions. Coordinate the administrative registration of training courses in the Learning Management System, in collaboration with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India) Manage participant registrations and cancellations in coordination with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India) Handle communications related to invitations, evaluations and intranet content management Respond to second‑line learning queries from participants Contribute to one or more internal learning projects (for example in learning technology, innovation or quality assurance) You can act as a learning ambassador for your internal stakeholders. You are a team player, an effective communicator and work in a structured way. For this role you are: Enrolled in higher education (HBO/WO), preferably in Educational Science, Business Administration, Learning, Human Resource Management or Training & Development Excellent in Dutch and English, and proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Available 24–32 hours per week: if 24 hours, available for at least 2 full days; if 32 hours, available for at least 3 full days.
