Working Student Logistics - Customs Solutions (f/m/x)

No stress, no hidden fees, no complexity handed down to the end customer. We are looking for a Working Student to contribute to the growth and success of our customs solution in the market. This is a hybrid role that combines project management, operations and product expertise. The essence of your role Own and further develop our customs solution as a product, contributing to its performance and growth in the market. Play a key role in one of our core projects by supporting and coordinating return operations, including hubs and local operations in Switzerland, the UK, and Norway. Help shape and implement processes, systems, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations and full compliance - always tailored to the needs of e-commerce merchants. Contribute your ideas to enhance our customs SaaS application, collaborating with the Product team to keep us competitive. This is what you need to succeed You are currently enrolled at a German university and based in Berlin, looking for a part-time role (20 hours per week) for at least 12 months. A background or initial experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus. You are curious about logistics processes and motivated to contribute your own ideas to improve and optimize them. You work in a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way, and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks independently. You have strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
