What you'll do Support the global governance and administration of HubSpot across markets and teams Assist in maintaining standardised processes, structures, and usage guidelines within HubSpot Help monitor campaign execution through asset creation, campaign set-up, and performance reporting Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across contact, company, and lifecycle data Support documentation, stakeholder coordination, and the communication of HubSpot standards and best practices Who you are Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field Strong interest in marketing automation, digital transformation and organisational development Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively, while German is optional Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Marketing Hub and experience in project management are a plus What we offer you We all shape our lives individually.
